Process
How Your Home Gets Built
First, Your Saturdays
The first meeting is about how you will use the house, not which plan you will pick. We listen to who comes for game weekends, and who stays the week. From there, the cottage plan that fits, or the first drawings for an estate.
Then, We Make It Yours
For a cottage, that means choosing one of four plans and the finish package that fits. For an estate, it means a design that begins with you. Either way, you see the number before anything moves forward.
We Shape The Life Inside
Interior design is in house. Selections come to you in stages tied to the build, so each choice arrives when it maers instead of all at once. For coages, furniture packages are available if you want to walk into a finished house. And if you already have a designer you love, bring them.
We Clear The Way
Review boards, community requirements, permits, and approvals are part of the path to your new home. We manage them carefully and keep you informed so you always know where your project stands.
We Keep You Close
Most of the people we build for do not live where we build, so the process does not assume you are standing on the site. It assumes you are not. Every week, we send written updates of what got done, what is coming, which selections are still open, and where you stand against the budget.
